This blend of Antão Vaz, Arinto, Perrum and Fernão Pires was fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit characteristics. Zippy, limey, grapefruity this wine makes a perfect accompaniment to calamari or caprese salads.
